THPPP/GPDN plant disease diagnostic submission forms

The Texas High Plains Plant Pathology program is based at the Texas Agriculture Experiment Station in Amarillo, TX with additional laboratory and field research facilities in nearby Bushland, TX. The principle investigator is Dr. Charlie Rush. Our main research interests are the diseases effecting regionally important crops, e.g. sorghum, wheat, cotton, sugar beets, etc. The group comprises researchers and students with a variety of backgrounds including; virology, bacteriology, microbiology, epidemiology, mycology, statistics, and soil science. Dr. Charlie Rush is a member of the Plant Pathology Department of Texas A&M University and is also adjunct faculty at West Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University. The THPPP program is in constant flux and typically has opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students.
