Current Objective
- Design and conduct experiments in support of various research projects, including determination of best experimental approaches to use for specific tasks, and use of appropriate methodology to provide optimum experimental results.
- Train undergraduate and graduate students, post-doctoral candidates and faculty in multiple aspects of molecular biology and lab protocol.
- Conduct Texas Zebra Chip Disease survey and diagnosis, including receiving and testing of samples, sending weekly results, and writing official reports to the funding resource agency.
- Collaborate with researchers, both within the Texas A&M System and at other research institutions around the country.
- Analyze data, prepare reports and collaborate in writing and preparation of research results for publication in referred journals.
- Participate in the methodological writing of grants and proposals.
