In Amarillo, Dr. Bean assists and advises county Extension agents and producers in 21 counties of the Texas Panhandle regions on grain crop production issues. This involves designing and implementing demonstrations, research studies, and educational programs to address crop production questions. Fact sheets, newsletters, and news articles are prepared to disseminate research-based answers to these questions. Individual producers are provided consultation to address their specific concerns.
